Joy Bryant Weds in the Hamptons
The actress and former model, 31, wore a custom dress designed by her friend Angela Missoni at the ceremony, which was attended by about 100 guests. Afterwards, Bryant changed into a floral Missoni dress.
The groom, 37, sported a grey Calvin Klein Collection suit.
The happy couple first met on the set of Bryant's film Welcome Home, Roscoe Jenkins, on which Pope worked as a stuntman.
Some wedding guests received e-mail invitations to the ceremony with a simple (and fashion-related) request: "Ladies, leave your Manolos at home."
Shortly after the ceremony, Bryant is expected to report back to work on her show Virtuality, a sci-fi pilot for FOX.
Women's Wear Daily first reported details of the couple's wedding plans.
Ruben Studdard Says 'I Do'
American Idol's season 2 winner Ruben Studdard married Surata Zuri McCants at Canterbury United Methodist Church in his hometown of Birmingham, Ala., Saturday with 20 groomsmen at his side.
Studdard, 29, and McCants, 30, obtained a marriage license at the County Probate Office in Columbiana, Ala., last Monday. "They looked really happy," an eyewitness said.
On Idol, Studdard was dubbed the "Velvet Teddy Bear" and was known for dressing down in jerseys emblazoned with 205, Birmingham's area code.
But came time for his wedding, the vocalist got decked out. He and his groomsmen wore black Joseph Abboud tuxedos from local outfitter Mr. Burch Formal Wear, says a source.
The groomsmen's shirts and vests were black, while Studdard had a white vest and a white bow tie.
Studdard met McCants in October 2006, when he was signing CDs at a Wal-Mart in Atlanta. Struck by her beauty, he followed her to the store's toy department, and requested her phone number. Later this year he's due to release another CD.

Jordin Sparks Performs 'One Step At A Time'
Vocally it was a good performance, as for the song, its 'blah' just like the bulk of the material on her album.
New Music: Solange - 'I Told You So'
About Solange as an artist, I've picked up that people either hate what she does or loves it, unlike other artist there is no middle ground. I personally love it, although this song isn't as good as some of the other tracks, its still solid and has me anticipating her album even more.
The first single, 'I Decided' debuted at #44 on the Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop chart this past week, garnishing her highest showing yet.
Michelle Williams Performs Live In New York
Good Stuff, I especially love how she incorporated the classic Whitney Houston joint 'I Wanna Dance With Somebody' into her performance.
New Music: Akon with Michael Jackson - 'Hold My Hand'
I'm sure hardcore fans of Akon and Michael Jackson, will eat this up considering its kind of the norm for them from the vocal styling to the subject matter, especially Michael. The song is okay, nothing more nothing less.
Darkchild Speaks On New Britney & Brandy LPs
With Britney delivering her best album yet IMO with last year's Blackout, I definitely looking forward to what she'll be serving up this time around. As for Brandy, who always seems to deliver material wise, I think her hardest task will be trying to become relevant again. Best of luck to both.

Amy Winehouse Attacks Fan At Glastonbury
Despite sounding a hot mess, the troubled star didn't stop there, she also took a moment to call out rapper Kanye West - randomly labelling him a 'cunt' to the 90,000 strong crowd during her performance of 'Some Unholy War'. Check out the audio via World Star Hip-Hop below:
Kanye released a response via his official blog today, saying "Amy Winehouse hates me!!! Now I've really made it!!! LOL!!!!"

T.I. - 'No Matter What' Video
Great song and video, I especially love how he incorporated the actual footage from his recent encounters with the law. T.I. has always been one of my favorite rappers, despite not making the best decisions here lately, but it nice to see he realizes and accepts the consequences for the mistakes he made.
Rihanna Performs 'Take A Bow'
Decent performance.
Rihanna & Maroon 5 Perform on MTV

New York Goes to Hollywood
VH1 just released the first promotional pictures for New York Goes Hollywood, which premieres Aug. 4 (10 p.m. ET). “New York like you’ve never seen her before,” the network’s site reads. That would be as Dorothy from The Wizard of Oz (left) and as Marilyn Monroe (right).

Darkchild Speaks On New Beyonce & Ciara LPs
I'm really excited about both albums, especially Ciara's because I felt her last album was a really strong effort, unfortunely I can't say the same about Beyonce's, but hopefully she delivers this time.
Janet Jackson Triumphs Madonna In Tickets Sales
But hopes are still high for Jackson's tour at Live Nation, where the chairman left last week after criticism that he was paying stars too much for the return. "She's a tour record-breaker, having grossed more than $100 million in her career".

In her forties, Nia Long is still a force to be reckoned with.
3. Cassie
Although Cassie's dress looked more like a top than an actual dress, there's no denying she has the legs to carry it. She literally looks drop dead gorgeous.
2. Ashanti
Ashanti looks stunning and elegant.
1. Alicia Keys
I didn't care for what Alicia wore on the red carpet, but this tan number totally redeemed the singer. She looks stunning.6/25/08

3. Jennifer Hudson
Jennifer seemed to be on a ride to fashion heaven, during her run of the awards shows while collecting prizes for her role in 'Dreamgirls', but then the Oscars hit and since then she's been on a down slide, big women IMO should not where these kind of dresses under any condition. Its nothing wrong with being big, but know your body and Jennifer if you need help, look at Queen Latifah who always rises to the occasion.
2. Lil' Mama
Fire you stylist now! No questions or explanations, just let them go. You look like Aunt Jemima.
1. Keri Hilson
I'm just going to get right to the point, leave the Ike and Tina Turner wigs and costumes in the 70s where they belong.
