French jewelry company, Cartier, has teamed up with eight different artists for their Lovecharity bracelet campaign.
The eight artists -- which include Ashanti (who's bracelet is featured above), Common, Janet Jackson, Fergie and Eve -- have been brought together as ambassadors with each representing a charity and corresponding bracelet for the initiative.
The new Lovecharity bracelet features interlocking miniature Love bracelets in 18K white gold and 18K rose gold, both graced with the word "Love" and set into a knotted silk cord available in various colors, with each cord designating support of a unique cause.
While the cost of the bracelets were not revealed, in previous campaigns, they sold for $475. Cartier says they will donate $200 from the sale of each Lovecharity bracelet going to the corresponding charity of each artists' choice. For example, the gunmetal bracelet benefit the Ovarian Cancer National Alliance for Janet Jackson, the orange benefits The Peapod Foundation for Fergie, and royal blue bracelet benefits the Boys & Girls Clubs of America for Ashanti.
In addition to these bracelets, each artist has contributed a song for free download at Cartier Charity playlist at love.cartier.com.
Some of the songs include Janet's "Luv," Fergie's "Big Girls Don't Cry," Eve's "Gangsta Lovin'," and Ashanti's "The Way That I Love You," among others.
