Ashanti performed at the Heineken Red Star Soul concert series kick-off at BOULEVARD3 in Hollywood on Wednesday. 
I have often giving Ashanti credit for her sense of style, which is almost always top tier, I even went as far as saying that she was overlooked by singers Beyonce and Rihanna, despite often besting the two on the red carpet. However, this outfit is dreadful, in fact, nothing about this look works and when I say NOTHING, I mean absolutely nothing.
