For the first time since Jan. 17, 1998, the Hot 100 does not have a debut; the only additions to the list this week are re-entries. Last week's No. 1, Beyonce's "Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)," drops to No. 2, while T.I.'s "Live Your Life" featuring Rihanna holds at No. 3.
Kanye West's "Heartless" drops 4-5, Katy Perry's "Hot N Cold" remains No. 6 and Jason Mraz's "I'm Yours" rises 12-7. Britney Spears' "Womanizer" is down 7-8, Kevin Rufolf's "Let It Rock" featuring Lil Wayne climbs 12-9 and another West song, "Love Lockdown," slides 6-10.
