R&B songstress Amerie plays with graphics in the Ray Kay-directed video for “Why R U,” the first single from her new album, In Love & War, which hits stores on August 11th
The video is a solid and creative offering, but as a collection, most of her videos tend to lack a concept, which is desperately needed here. She looks great, but none of the aspects of her project (video or song) are identical to what you would expect to lead a project and I have a feeling this single isn't going to work in her favor on the charts.
