R&B star Usher contributes to the new Tapemaster's Inc. mixtape, The Future of R&B 28, with the new retro cut "Cruisin'".
To put it simply, the track is nothing special, which can be said about the bulk of his music lately. I'm hoping it hails from his 'Here I Stand' recording sessions, because if this is an indication of his new work, then it's safe to say that another disappointment is on the horizon.
