For the first time in a while, I wasn't really looking forward to Beyonce's performance, mainly because it seems like all of her major award show performances have disappointed me this time around (AMAs and BET).
That said, Ms. Knowles-Carter sold the performance like her life depended on it, as she unleashed a combination of fiery energy, stellar vocals and superb choreography that only she is capable of bringing to the forefront.
