R&B star Chris Brown was spotted putting in his second day of community service in Richmond, Virginia on Thursday (September 17th).
According to the Associated Press:
“The 20-year-old R&B singer worked along with two others who were serving probation, clearing tall weeds and brush by hand and with yard tools."
