R&B diva Toni Braxton moves on and refuses to look back on "Yesterday", the first single from her Atlantic records debut, which is produced by DJ Frank E.
She looks absolutely A-M-A-Z-I-N-G, on the official single cover above.
As for the song, I love it for a couple of reasons, starting with the fact that it is very much in ore of 'traditional Toni', but mostly because unlike a lot of the leaks that surfaced from her recording sessions, this track does not dumb down her integrity or capabilities as an artist. She is actually singing and not trying to conform to the mediocre climate that currently resonates in music, which as Maxwell and Whitney Houston have recently shown, can actually work out and sell records.
