R&B star Chris Brown kicked off his Fan Appreciation tour in Houston, Texas on November 14th, where he performed his single "Crawl".



Solid performance. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Best Buddies International , which provides friendships, work and leadership opportunities to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
