Hunky actor Paul Wesley, who stars on 'The Vampire Diaries', talked with 'KTLA' about the shocking event in last week's episode, the fascination with vampires in pop culture and whether he believes vampires truly exist.
As for the next episode, Paul's character Stefan gets a birthday visit from his oldest friend Lexi (Arielle Kebbel) that shakes thing up with Elena (Nina Dobrev), who unsuccessfully trying to keep her distance.
