Grammy-winning star Usher opened the 2010 NBA All-Star Game by performing "More", "She Don't Know" and "Yeah" during introductions, following a half-time show headlined by Alicia Keys and Shakira.
Continuing to silence the haters, Raymond showed exactly why he is one of the industry's premier entertainers with a daring performance. Having thoroughly proved his talent, there's no need to dwell on the fact that the vocals were mostly pre-recorded, especially given it was infected with choreography.
As for the half-time show, it started out on solid footing with sexy performance by Shakira, who tackled "She Wolf" and "Give It Up to Me", but Keys' delivered a rather lackluster performance that included her normal sit on stool, sway from side to side, and play the piano antics.
In her defense, the "No One" songstress delivered a solid vocal performance, but given this was an event to celebration the league's best players joining forces, songs such as "Try Sleeping With a Broken Heart", fail to match the occasion.
