'American Idol' starlet Fantasia Barrino has chosen "Bittersweet", as the lead single from her forthcoming third studio album, which has been announced for a July 13th release date by her label J Records.
Torn by a lover that is no longer in her life, the "When I See U" songstress recalls the good and bad memories shared on the soulful cut, which was produced by Chuck Harmony and written by Claude Kelly.
Laced with her rich and raspy vocals, she effortlessly excels the R&B cut to the top of the heights and returns to her traditional lane after trying to go slightly Pop with "Even Angels", which failed to make any impact.
As the age old saying goes, stick to what you know and do best.
