Pop starlet Katy Perry sparkled in a super stylish mini by Zuhair Murad and a blue wig as she made her arrival at the 2010 MTV Movie Awards on Sunday (June 6th).The "California Gurls" singer was present to perform the smash, which has become an anthem for the Golden Coast, from her upcoming sophomore disc 'Teenage Dream'.
