Young stud Zac Efron was spotted walking the red carpet at the star-studded 2010 MTV Movie Awards on Sunday (June 6th).The actor, who is gearing up to promote his latest flick 'Charlie St. Cloud', was joined by his lady love Vanessa Hudgens at the ceremony, which was held at the Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, California.
Hudgens will also compete with her beau at the box office on July 30th by releasing her new film 'Beastly'.
