Jazmine Sullivan is gearing up to release her sophomore album, and the soul songstress has chosen "Holding You Down (Goin' in Circles)", as the first offering from her follow-up to 'Fearless' (due in the fall).
Produced by Missy Elliott, the old-school cut reestablishes the sound that comprised her debut, while highlighting her raspy vocals. Despite the over-production, the song works, just not as a first single (Listen Below).
