In addition to adding performers, a new promo suggest that Britney Spears will be honored at the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards with a special tribute.

In a newly-released promo spot, the "I Wanna Go" superstar busts through the doors to find herself in the pivot of a dance party featuring heavy references to Michael Jackson, Janet Jackson, Madonna and the superstar herself.
