Celebrating the launch of her 'Pulse' perfume, Beyonce was dazzling in blue in the Penthouse of the Dream Hotel in New York on Wednesday, September 21st.
Of her latest fashion choices, the pregnant star say "I am having so much fun, it has been the most fun time now that [my pregnancy] has been announced and I don't have to, you know, it was really difficult to conceal. I'm having so much fun."
