Wrapped up in the Christmas spirit, Justin Bieber is featured on the November 5, 2011 issue of Billboard, where he talks about his new holiday album 'Under the Mistletoe', which is scheduled to arrive in stores tomorrow (November 1st).
In addition to the release of the album, the star will be joined by Boyz II Men for a world-premiere performance on tomorrow's 'Dancing With the Stars' results.
