Dance chanteuse Kelly Rowland, who is currently serving as a judge on the hit UK show 'The X Factor', covers the new November issue of Cosmopolitan UK, where she talks about numerous subjects including why she got breast implants.
Kelly confesses,"The decision was 10 years in the making. It’s something I really wanted to do for myself - not for a man, not for work, for myself, and I love them”.
