After a five year absence, Faith Hill will lend her stunning voice to the Country Music Association Awards, where she will perform her single "Come Home".
The single, which was written by Ryan Tedder, will hit radio stations and digital outlets on the same day, and serves as the first release from her eighth studio album, which is due in early 2012. "It's such a great song," Hill said of the song.
