
Starting to cement their front-runner status, George Clooney and Viola Davis were selected as Best Actor and Best Actress, respectively, at the 2012 Critics' Choice Movie Awards at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles on Thursday.
Clooney was awarded for his performance in 'The Descendants', besting Brad Pitt's soul-searching performance in 'Moneyball', while Davis surprisingly beat screen legend Meryl Streep with her role in 'The Help'. List of winners below:
