R&B starlet Kelly Rowland recently stopped by 'Chelsea Lately', to talk about her Grammy-nominated hit "Motivation", her 'Sexy Abs' DVD and her love life.
Rowland was recently honored at the Essence Black Women in Music for the Lil Wayne-assisted single selling over a million copies and her pre-taped tribute to Mariah Carey at BET Honors is slated to air on February 13th. Watch it below:
