After dating for over three years,  Miley Cyrus, 19,  and Liam Hemsworth, 22, are engaged to be married after the Australian heartthrob popped the question on May 31st with a 3.5-carat diamond ring from jeweler Neil Lane (See It Here).

In an exclusive statement to People magazine, Miley says:  "I am so happy to be engaged and look forward to a life of happiness with Liam."  Congratulations!!!!
