The newest 'American Idol' champion, Phillip Phillips, sat down for a chat with Yahoo! Music, where he revealed that his debut album is tentatively scheduled for a November or December release and that he will have a hand in the writing.
He also performed an acoustic version of his song "Home", which ranks as the second-highest debuting download release by an 'Idol' alum ever. Watch below:
