Private Practice is a spin-off of the medical drama 'Grey's Anatomy' centering on the life of neonatal surgeon Addison Montgomery (Kate Walsh). In the sixth-season opener, Addison's romance flourishes. Meanwhile, Pete (Tim Daly) misses a court hearing; Charlotte (Kadee Strickland) asks Cooper (Paul Adelstein) to keep a big secret; Amelia (Caterina Scorsone) reaches an important milestone; and Sheldon reconnects with his ex-wife. Taye Diggs and Benjamin Bratt are also among the cast.
