After 20 years in music, Toni Braxton has announced that she will no longer record new music, breaking the hearts of the millions of fans that fell in love with unrivaled take on sad love songs with her distinctive and dramatic contralto.
Braxton told 'Good Morning America' on Friday, February 8th, while promoting her new Lifetime movie 'Twist of Faith', that her heart isn't in music anymore. "I don't feel the love for music anymore. It' s not affecting me, making me feel that thing i've always felt when I perform. It's leaving me. I'm not sure what's going on in my life. Maybe a female mid-life crisis? My heart isn't in it anymore. I hate to say that," she said.
