In connection with her new role in 'Christmas in the City', which will air via Lifetime on December 7th, Ashanti has recorded some new holiday songs and quietly released a new EP, 'A Wonderful Christmas with Ashanti', to iTunes.
Released by her own label Written Entertainment, the set features five songs ("Let It Snow", "It's Christmas", "Christmas Love", "Sleigh Ride" & "Christmas Is The Time") and serves as the second holiday-themed release following 2003's 'Ashanti's Christmas'.
