Prior to the New England Patriots and Seattle Seahawks taking the field for battle, John Legend opened the festivities for Super Bowl XLIX with a beautiful performance of "America The Beautiful", at University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, Arizona.
The 9x-Grammy winner and Oscar-nominated crooner belted out the patriotic tune as his wife, model Chrissy Teigen, and his some of his celebrity friends looked on. Watch him soar below:
