With her last two collaborations with David O. Russell resulting in two Oscar nominations and one win, Jennifer Lawrence is looking to grab her third nomination with the filmmaker (fourth overall) when 'Joy' is released in theaters on Christmas Day.
The film, which co-stars Robert DeNiro, Bradley Cooper and Edgar Ramirez, is the wild story of a family across four generations centered on the girl who becomes the woman who founds a business dynasty and becomes a matriarch in her own right. Watch the first trailer beneath:
