Completing her awards season sweep, breakout star Brie Larson was named Best Actress at the 88th Annual Academy Awards for her hallowing role as Ma in the nominated film 'Room', at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles, California on Sunday, February 28th.

The actress defeated Cate Blanchett for 'Carol', Jennifer Lawrence for 'Joy', Charlotte Rampling for '45 Years' and Saoirse Ronan for 'Brooklyn'. Watch her speech below:
