Pregnant and fighting back tears, Kelly Clarkson, the original 'American Idol' winner, delivered a heartfelt performance of "Piece By Piece", the title track from her latest studio album, on the show that help launched her to worldwide fame on Thursday, February 25th.
The performance sent the single surging up the iTunes charts, where it currently sits at No.1 and the album of the same title has made its way back into the Top 10 at No.3. Watch below:
