Celebrity Bug's Top 10 Celebrities of 2019, is an inaugural list combining our previous Man of the Year and Woman of the Year titles with the 10 Most Intriguing People, and highlights the acts who keep us talking and left their names was on the tip of tongues, whether good or bad, with their questionable antics, rants or just their immense talent.

As always, the Man of the Year and Woman of the Year titles are bestowed on the two individuals that we feel have surpassed the accomplishments of their peers in the past year.
