After an epic first season and unforgettable performance from Matthew McConaughey, HBO will roll out the second season of 'True Detective' on June 21st with a new mystery and a new cast that includes Colin Farrell, Rachel McAdams, Taylor Kitsch and Vince Vaughn.

In the new season, the drama will focus on three police officers and a career criminal navigating a web of conspiracy in the aftermath of a murder. Watch the first teaser trailer beneath:
