USHER ADDED AS PERFORMER AT VMAS

R&B star Usher is the latest performer added to the line-up at the 2010 Video Music Awards, where Paramore, Drake, Kanye West, Eminem, B.o.B, Justin Bieber and Florence + the Machine will also perform.
