R&B heartthrob Usher was spotted filming a mysterious video with a video vixen atop the hood of a luxurious car in Queens, New York on Tuesday, August 30th.
Although there is little information about the video, sources suggest that he was filming scenes for "Promise", his new collaboration with singer Romeo Santos.
