Following her outing earlier yesterday, Rihanna was seen smiling and laughing with Brandy after dining at The Spotted Pig restaurant in the West Village. The Carters, better known as Beyoncé and Jay-Z, also met up with Rihanna to celebrate her 21st birthday.
