Grammy winner Ashanti has signed a television deal with Reveille LLC, the company behind television hits 'Ugly Betty' and 'The Biggest Loser'.
The deal will see the "Good Good" songstress taking on the roles of Executive Producer and personality of an music-based competition TV show.
“I’m excited about the opportunity to be working with Reveille LLC, one of the tv industry’s heavyweights and I can’t wait to begin production,” said Ashanti in a statement on her official website.
People can say what they want about Miss Ashanti, but she definitely smart enough to spread her eggs out and not put them into a single basket. Also on the horizon for the singer, an appearance on 'Extreme Makeover: Home Edition' and the continued recording of the follow-up to 2008's The Declaration.
