As 2009 comes to an end, here is Celebrity Bug's annual list of our favorite 10 albums of year. Soul crooner Maxwell earns our vote as the Best Album of 2009 for his stellar return with the critically-acclaimed 'BLACKsummers'night', and our nine other selections appear in no particular order.

As always, there are albums from the previous year that still enthrall us and here are our choices for the albums of 2008 that made just as much of an impact in 2009 as they did upon their original release in the preceding year.
