Throughout his career Chris Brown has struggled to duplicate his studio recordings on a live format and has relied heavily on backing tracks to conceal his lackluster vocals, and his recent live performance on 'The Today Show', showed why.
Aside from sounding atrocious, the singer did offer some solace to his fans about his retirement from music, telling Matt Lauer, "It’s about the music right now. I’ll continue to work for my fans". Watch his performances of "Fine China" and "Love More" below:
