Ciara holds her award at the 3rd Annual Billboard Women in Music Breakfast at the St. Regis Hotel on Friday in New York City. The singer/dancer received the Woman Of The Year Award, which honored her success as a recording artist and leadership in embracing the changing music scene. Other honorees included, singers: Colbie Callait and Debbie Harris.
The leggy singer also turned 23 yesterday.
