Season 2 American Idol champ Ruben Studdard premiered his brand new single "Together", taken from his forthcoming album, Love Is. The album (available May 19th) will be his debut for Sony/ATV’s Hickory Records, after being dropped for J Records in 2007, and was produced by Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis.
The track is solid, but definitely not overwhelming. That said, as always, his soulful vocals lace the track really well.
