"Lady Love", is the title track from Letoya's forthcoming sophomore effort, which is due in stores on June 16th. Check out a snippet from the Ron 'Neff-U' Feemster produced track below:
Although I can't fully judge the track until it surfaces in it's entirety, I can say I'm liking the snippet, mainly because it delivers something Letoya hasn't previously served up. She had a great debut and she probably could have succeeded on R&B radio by doing the same thing again, but she chose to make a transition and I'm really hoping it pays off for her. I think, "Not Anymore", was a solid reintroduction, but when it was released, I stressed concerns that I felt it wouldn't fare well on radio, and it's pretty much lived up to my predictions. That said, hopefully, her second single, "Regret", which is scheduled to drop soon, will help her gain a more mass interest.
