Grammy winner Usher is currently prepping his sixth studio album Monster, and a new Pharrell Williams-produced cut entitled "Certified" has surfaced as a result of the album's recording sessions.
The track's beat sounds like altered version of Justin Timberlake's "Rock Your Body", which was also produced at the hands of the Neptunes and made for a really hot song. Sadly, the same can not be said for this mediocre cut, which does very little to wet my appetite or make me anticipate the release of a new Usher album.
