Adding more trophies to her already crowded mantle, Carrie Underwood emerged as the big winner at the 2010 Country Music Television Awards on Wednesday (June 9th).The "Cowboy Casanova" diva, picture to the right walking the red carpet, collected the 'CMT Performance of the Year' buckle for "Temporary Home" and the top prize 'Video of the Year'.

The blond bombshell, who was introduced by co-writer Kara DioGuardi, was also on hand to entertain the crowd with a fiery performance of "Undo It", which currently sits at No.11 on the Billboard Country Charts.
During her performance, the beauty experience some technical difficulties with sound on CMT's end, but came out swinging like the champion she is to hit the mark in yet another impressive performance (Watch Below).
