'Birdman' and 'The Grand Budapest Hotel' came into the night with the most nominations with 9 each, but the former took home the top award of the night for Best Picture at the 2015 Academy Awards at the Dolby Theatre on Sunday, February 22nd.
Eddie Redmayneand Julianne Moore were named Best Actor and Best Actress for 'The Theory of Everything' and 'Still Alice' (respectively), while in the supporting categories, J.K. Simmons and Patricia Arquette were awarded for their work in 'Whiplash' and 'Boyhood' (respectively).
