On Friday (January 30th), the Academy of Country Music announced the nominees for their forthcoming awards ceremony, which this year is turning 50, and predictably, country darling Miranda Lambert leads the pack with eight nominations.
Dierks Bentley follows closely behind with seven nominations, while Luke Bryan and Blake Shelton will play double duty for the fourth year in a row, serving as both hosts and nominees.
