
Actress Viola Davis completed her award season sweep with a Best Supporting Actress win at the 89th Academy Awards for her emotional and powerful performance in 'Fences' at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, California on Sunday, February 26th.
On her path to victory, Davis defeated Naomi Harris in 'Moonlight', Nicole Kidman in 'Lion', Octavia Spencer in 'Hidden Figures' and Michelle Williams in 'Manchester by the Sea'.
