American Idol runner-up Blake Lewis ends up sleeping alone in the video for "Sad Song", the first single off his sophomore album, Heartbreak on Vinyl.

Not a fan of the song and like his debut album, it seems that the project has been placed in extremely poor hands, who clearly don't know what to do with Mr. Lewis. One of the major problems is that sometimes his creativity and originality can make it extremely hard to place him in a particular market, which is more of a bad thing as opposed to the opposite.

As for the video, it is a solid effort, but will likely get lost in translation.
