Country superstars Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood return for the ninth consecutive year as hosts for the 50th Country Music Association Awards and today, the nominees for the event, which is scheduled to take place in Nashville on November 2nd, were announced.

Eric Church, Chris Stapleton and newcomer Maren Morris lead the list of nominees with five nominations each, followed by Underwood, Dierks Bentley and Keith Urban follow closely behind with four nominations each including Album of the Year. Full list of nominees beneath:

Country star Eric Church celebrate country music's biggest night at the 2015 Country Music Association Awards by releasing a surprise album to his fans.

Entitled 'Mr. Misunderstood', the ten-track set serves as the follow-up to his best-selling 2014 album, 'The Outsiders', and it appears that the title track will serve as the first single, given he performed it on tonight's show. Peep the official track list for the surprise album beneath:

Country superstar Keith Urban has premiered the black-and-white visual for "Raise 'Em Up", the inspirational fifth single from his latest studio album 'Fuse'.

Featuring Eric Church, the single was nominated for a Grammy earlier this year and the Chris Hicky-directed takes a simplistic approach as the guys rock out with their guitars. This should hold you over until they perform it at the Academy of Country Music Awards later this month.

Country was well-represented on music's biggest night with Eric Church and Miranda Lambert, both nominees for Best Country Album, taking the stage to perform their latest hits at the 57th Annual Grammy Awards in Los Angeles, California on Sunday, February 8th.

Church delivered a spot-on performance of his No.1 single and nominated hit "Give Me Back My Hometown", from his album 'The Outsiders', while Lambert rocked out in black leather to her latest single, "Little Red Wagon", from her 'Platinum' disc. Watch their performances beneath:

The inaugural American Country Countdown Awards just added a lot more star power. Carrie Underwood, Jason Aldean, Eric Church and Brett Eldredge have joined the performance line-up, which already includes Luke Bryan and Miranda Lambert.

The event, which is based on country music's longest-running radio countdown show, will be hosted by Florida Georgia Line and is scheduled to air live from Nashville's Music City Center on Monday, December 15th (8 PM to 10 PM ET/PT tape-delayed) on FOX.
